Yeah! Bush didn't allow drilling in our reserve pools, didn't allow building new refineries, didn't kick the left wing lib weenies out of congress 'cause they wouldn't either. /sarc Blame yourself if you have for one minute accepted the "Globull Warming" premise and the other hoopla that is driving this madness.

Save it pal! There is a huge problem right now and he still supports Ethanol in a big way! He's supposed to be a LEADER! If he blames Democraps for world wide Famine, believe me they would stop funding ethanol. He right now could suggest to drill in North Dakota. He's not! He could say that drilling in ANWAR is in the best concerns of national Security! He won't! Bush is not fixing the problem, he is exacerbating it! Blame the Democraps all you want, Bush aint leading to stop this insanity or fix it!

The small amount of corn used to produce ethanol in this country will not save the world’s population from starving. Most of those folks eat rice and beans, not corn. It is because of crop failures in other countries that people are going hungry.

It isn’t our fault. And the idea that Asia will just be fat, dumb and happy eating the tiny bit of corn we’re turning into ehtanol is nonsense!

At anytime in the past few years W could have called for coordinated intervention to strengthen the dollar and that would have arrested skyrocketing oil prices. But he’s not going to do that. He’s tried ignorantly to turn our country into a commodity based economy, with ever higher prices, and a weaker dollar has been a big part of that.

Florida's Jeb Bush Joins Brazil in Promoting Ethanol in the Americas

At a press conference today, Florida governor Jeb Bush; Roberto Rodrigues, former Brazilian Minister of Agriculture and Luis Alberto Moreno, President of the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), announced the creation of the Interamerican Ethanol Commission.

Bush, Rodrigues and Moreno will serve as co-chairs of the commission which has as its mission to promote the usage of ethanol in the gasoline pools of the Americas.

Jeb Bush: Ethanol no threat to food supplies

U.S. President George W. Bush's brother Jeb Bush said on Tuesday that an increase in Brazilian ethanol output will not necessarily threaten international food supplies.

Bush argued that increased production of ethanol might cause problems in countries like USA that use corn as the raw material but Brazil is immunized as it makes ethanol from sugarcane. He also said that the U.S. government intends to invest 1.6 billion U.S. dollars to address the problems.

Note:President's brother, former governor of Florida, doesn't care the increased production of ethanol hurts the US.
