Very poor reason to vote against this proposal. If a proposed death penalty bill would apply unevenly toward whites, it would be allright? Obama is showing his preference to protect minorites vs. the populace in general. Some might call that racist.

Yep. He is definitely a racist, but how could he not be? After listening to his racist preacher for 23 years, and before that, he sat in a Madras listening to more hate preached toward Americans/infidels. You know he picked up on those feelings. You can more easily see it in his wife, Michelle. You can hear her bitterness and hatefulness on a daily basis. I shudder to think what will spew forth from her hate driven mouth if Barack loses.
