Well, ultimately I hope they get this guy but if this is him now, I’m going to have to go back and make some changes to my fourth novel, currently nearing completion, because it has al Douri financing a terrorist attack from his hideout in Damascus. Just fiction, of course.

Weird. That guy has been popping up in my thoughts in an increased number
recently. Wondering if he had established a safe HQ back in northwestern
Iraq, elsewhere.
Just this past Saturday while having a birthday dinner for my mom, I sat next to my
brother and made mention of him, espousing my thoughts as to a large part
old red mustache might be playing in this recent ISIS operation.
