“And the second thing, the way this has come up is the fact that I don’t always wear a flag pin. Now I don’t know if any of you who don’t have flag pins consider yourselves unpatriotic. I think you’re patriotic. The reason that I don’t always wear a flag pin is not that I disrespect the flag, it’s that when I started wearing a flag pin after 9/11, I gotta admit that sometimes I would misplace it and so I didn’t always put it on.”

Obama Calls Bloggers Liars for Accurately Reporting His Words, Goes Back to Eating Waffle!

Hey, Hussein ObamaSnob, that bs, will work with the idiots who are voting for you because of your skin color. That BS will not work with those of us of all colors with a functioning brain.

"Some liberal commentators have downplayed the effect of Barack Obama's recent fundraising speech in San Francisco. But that's wishful thinking. Along with the revelations about Obama's pastor Jeremiah Wright, his remarks in San Francisco will haunt him not only in the upcoming primaries in Pennsylvania, Indiana, Kentucky and West Virginia, but also in the general election against John McCain, assuming he gets the Democratic nomination."

"To win in November, a Democratic presidential candidate has to carry most of the industrial heartland states that stretch from Pennsylvania to Missouri. That becomes even more imperative if a Democrat can't carry Florida -- and because of his relative weakness in South Florida, Obama is unlikely to do so against McCain. Ruy Teixeira and I have calculated that in the heartland states, a Democratic presidential candidate has to win 45 to 48 percent of the white working-class vote. In some states, like West Virginia and Kentucky, the percentage is well over a majority."

You can't win a general election with a coalition of America hating Bitter African- Americans and America hating Bitter white liberal elitist billionaires/millionaires, who buy brie, Chardonnay, and expensive rat politicians like the elitist Hussein Obama/Samma.

"Bitter Gate: the gift that keeps on giving!!!

" Crackerquiddick ~ Bitter Gate " and “Wright is wrong Gate” are huge problems for the elitist would be Sneerer in Chief, Hussein Obamasnob!!

For an inside look at the real Hussein Obama and his elite hate America backers at San Francisco where Hussein Obama made his elitist remarks,

Go here to see the thread with all The Pictures posted and Here to see another thread about this meeting of elite left wing America haters.

There are some very interesting pictures and comments re the actual meeting on those threads.

"Hussein Obama’s big mouth, small brain, condescending, America-hating, grandkid-baby-terminating, born-alive-infant-abandoning, America-hating-wife, kooky-moonbat-America-hating-pastor, racially-divisive, race-baiting, crotch-saluting, America-flag-disrespecting ... chickens ... coming home to roost ...!"

Hear Wright GD America!

Behold the would be Sneerer in Chief!

Hillary Wins Pennsylvania

Jackie and Dunlap have some advice for the Democrats.

"So now all you Democrats out there, you need to gather up all the homosexuals, and your atheists and your elitists and your baby-killers and your tree-huggers and your flag-burners and your socialists and your communists and your undercover Islamofacists and the Screen Actors Guild and the last living members of the Weather Underground, throw up a bunch of pictures of Obama and Hillary, grab one and go with it!"

“ ...that(Iraq) became a substitute for I think true patriotism, which is speaking out on issues that are of importance to our national security, I decided I won’t wear that pin on my chest.”

This 99 lb., commie-weakling has no chest... to pin it on.

First, I honestly don’t care much whether a person wears a flag pin, and you can certainly be a patriot without wearing a badge proclaiming it.

The hunting ground for reasons that Obama would be a disaster as President is such a target-rich environment that there is no need to look for issues such as wearing a flag pin.

The use of the American flag as an advertising tool or public relations prop has always left a bad taste in my mouth.

When I see a HUGE American flag fluttering on a skyscraping flag pole a quarter mile down the road, I immediately think "Used Car Dealership".

When I see a flag pin on the lapel of someone in a suit, I immediately think "Politician or TV Talking Head".

Lets cut through all the bull malarkey and point out just how incomprehensible Obama's explanation is for not wearing the American flag lapel pin. What I've done below is to use Obama's own words and reasoning for not wearing his flag pin and applied it to something else with some symbolic significance, his wedding ring.

What follows is an AP article dating back to October 4, 2007. I quoted the original article (in black) followed by my edited version. The edits are in italics. You can make up your own mind as to whether it makes for sound reasoning or not. But I must say, if any married man were to apply the Obama philosophy for not wearing a flag pin to his own marriage I assure you it wouldn't pass the "fidelity" test. Enjoy!

WATERLOO, Iowa (AP) - Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama said he doesn't wear the American flag lapel pin because it has become a substitute for "true patriotism" since the Sept. 11, 2001 terrorist attacks.

WATERLOO, Iowa (AP) - Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama said he doesn't wear his wedding ring because it has become a substitute for "true love" since the wedding.

Asked about the decision Wednesday in an interview with KCRG-TV in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, the Illinois senator said he stopped doing so shortly after the attacks and instead hoped to show his patriotism by explaining his ideas to citizens.

"The truth is that right after 9-11 I had a pin," Obama said. "Shortly after 9-11, particularly because as we're talking about the Iraq war, that became a substitute for I think true patriotism, which is speaking out on issues that are of importance to our national security.

"The truth is that right after the wedding I had a ring," Obama said. "Shortly after the wedding, particularly because as we're talking about our challenges, that became a substitute for I think true love, which is speaking out on issues that are of importance to our marriage.

"I decided I won't wear that pin on my chest," he said in the interview. "Instead, I'm going to try to tell the American people what I believe will make this country great, and hopefully that will be a testament to my patriotism."

Obama was campaigning in Iowa Thursday, the second day of a four-day trip to the early voting state.

You can see the petty, self congratulatory, counter intuitive nature of this "brave new stance" [sarc].
