I met Terry Reid back in about 1993. I later interviewed Terry and L.D. Brown about Bill knowing that L.D. was sent by the CIA to Mexico to dispatch an evil drug dealer. It turned out to be Terry, and L.D., of course, did not carry out the mission. Bill knew that L.D. was being sent to Mexico to kill an innocent American.

I have to go back to your part of the country to testify about an old case. Basically, I have to explain why thing were so totally insane there during the eighties.

Of course in the IG report, they lay out Oscar Danilo Blando Reyes' (who lived at the Rialto Country Club Estates) connection with Freeway Ricky Ross - one of the bigger crack dealers in the early eighties.

Blandon of course was just dealing with Norwin Menses, but the IG's report never goes into details how Menses was bringing it in.
