All the perp had to do is show his hands as police ordered and the dog would have never attacked. Quite simple really. I bet he did not have a permit for the gun either

And, as it was reported in the excerpt I used in #34, the officers were responding to a "shots fired" report. Now I doubt the officers chose to hassle "poor little" Justin at random. He probably either matched a description, or had previous encounters with the legal system and was known to the officers. In either event, the tragic consequences were those of Justin's actions...

The cops involved white? If so we can expect this story to go on. If the scumbag hadn’t shot the dog he probably would have shot a human cop.

This is Knoxville PA? When I saw Pittsburgh I got confused. I thought it was Tenn., where of course they have some terrible crime too.

Absolutely. But the law suits will still fly. Mama forgot to mention why her precious baby had a gun in the first place. He probably did not understand the police orders. The spoke them in ENGLISH

At the same time you will notice the cops didn't hassle the 79 other guys in the neighborhood with criminal records ~ Justin's crime seems to have been that he was outdoors.

Definitely a tough place to live eh.
