Obama “the world wants us to leave”, no Obama, it’s your supporters and our enemies that want us to leave.

What gave us McCain were the Reps who controlled the primary rules. Open primaries, winner take all, and a compressed primary schedule enabled McCain to become the presumptive nominee with just 31% of the total primary vote. We need to change the rules so candidates like McCain can’t game the system. We did it to ourselves. Don’t blame the Dems who turned out in record numbers to vote in their own primaries.

Republican if not quite as conservative as some here would like him to be.

Problem here is media figures have latched onto the title "Conservative" who are not anything but always angry about everything Right leaning Populists. Mike Savage is a good example of this Right wing Populism. Rush is Conservatism, if anyone thinks he is "not Conservative enough" they need to quit calling themselves Conservatives and id themselves for what they are "Conservative-Populists".

Great post Star the Emil Jones story is very key to who Obama is and why he is even here and it is totally ignored by the DBM. Let's hope Rush will pick up on it one day.<p.

Great post and Happy mothers day to you.

If the entire story unfolds he will be toast,of course the DBM will do their best not to report it or spin it 180 degrees if it does come out.

Democrat Calls for Public Pressure on GOP to Change Energy Policy

http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,354871,00.html

Sen. Debbie Stabenow, the Michigan senator said in the Democrats’ weekly radio address

“Republicans want more drilling, more consumption and more tax giveaways for the big oil companies,” she said. “Democrats say that those are exactly the policies that got us into this mess to begin with.”

She promoted the Democratic proposals for changing energy policy. Those call for:

— Ending billions of dollars in tax breaks for big oil companies.

— Forcing the oil companies to do their part by investing some of their profits in clean and affordable alternative energy.

— Protecting the American people from price gougers and greedy oil traders who manipulate the market.

— Temporarily stopping the diversion of oil to the national Strategic Petroleum Reserve, which is already 97 percent full.

— Standing up to the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries and other oil-producing nations that are working together to keep oil prices high.

Sanchez is another example of how the Left has unterrly no intellectual or principal opposition on Iraq and is merely interesting in demagogue Iraq to help their domestic political fortunes.

After demonizing Sanchez as supposedly the villain behind the mythical torture at Abu Graib and responsible for supposed atrocities being committed against Iraq civilians, as soon as he came back and mouthed, word for word, their dogma on Iraq, they immediately turned around and hailed him as a hero.

What makes you think the illegals would qualify to enter this country legally? Most of them couldn’t even get a tourist visa to come here.

The top rats are a ruthless gang capable of anything, but once again watch what they do not what they say. Usually a huge difference.

“All this jumping ship from Hillary to Obama proves to me Democrats always knew how horrible the Clinton’s really are, even while defending them tooth and nail.”

They just know that the choice is (a) Obama or (b) riots in Denver. They choose (a).

This thing will be sealed by June. Obama is the nominee.
Clintons knew it the night of Indiana primary.

With it over in June, probably no VP slot for Hillary.

Democrat Calls for Public Pressure on GOP to Change Energy Policy

The utter shamelessness of the Democrats on Energy knows no bounds. Too bad the GOP are too gutless to take them on on this.

This is exactly the same stupid nonsense Democrat politicians have been screaming since the 1970s! HOW about the Public finally wake up to the fact that the Democrats have been singing this same absurd nonsense about Energy Policy since we created the Department of Energy in 1978!

How about the Public finally wake up to the fact that they should bring pressure to bear on the Democrats to quit being the whores of the Green Lobby and actually do something to finally reform our obsolete Energy Policy!

Another clueless Democrat trying to sabotage the Oil and Gas Companies in the U.S.

Evertything she proposed would KILL the energy industry in this country...not improve it.

But then again...that may be the idea.

Unless McCain stands up to these people holding our energy independence hostage for their socialist agenda...nothing will get done.

Stand up to these people? He is one of them. He brags that he voted against drilling in ANWAR and wants to have the US to sign up to the next Kyoto type treaty. He claims to be a strong environmentalist.

I know. Which is why it’s going to take some strong Conservatives elected to the Hosue and Senate to force him to do something...otherwise...he’ll be asking Algore for advice on environmental policy.
