My first thought is that I like the idea that divorce is made less attractive because of the added costs. My second thought is that men are invariably the ones who lose custody, regardless of their be the more fit parent.
In a strange way, this would restore some equity to fathers which they currently don’t have.
That should read, “...regardless of their being the more fit parent.”
It’s a psychologist full employment bill.
