I’m more than a little surprised to be reading such a negative account as this in Time. I thought they were going to name her Woman of the Year, now that hillary is threatening to stall out.
I just googled it, and I see that Glamour named her Woman of the Year in 2007. Maybe that’s as far as she will go. Poor Nancy! No Nobel Prize, either.

But then the author shifts to bombs and rockets going off when Condoleeza Rice went there.

Which, obviously, to the author's mindset means -- since our troops didn't set of mortars aiming for Nancy, this means they like her too.
Yep, Ole' Nance is still their Girl.
