GOP's Ogonowski could be short on voter signatures

Republican Jim Ogonowski, who has the backing of key party members in his bid to challenge US Senator John F. Kerry, could be in danger of stumbling on his first crucial test: collecting 10,000 voter signatures to secure a spot on the GOP primary ballot.

Mitt has made a mistake endorsing an at-best weak pro-life candidate, as opposed to the strong pro-life candidacy of Jeff Beatty. Jim O' is weak on other issues as well.

He should get at least 15,000 signatures. Just to make sure he’s got enough voters who are registered.

Count ALL the signatures! His home town and the next one over have not been certified yet.

Too late to get more sigs. Jim O’ could have switched to running again against Nikki Tsongas, whom he came very close to beating a few months ago. He was urged to do so by many, and offered help by Jeff Beatty’s supporters in gathering signatures for that race. Now, I believe Nikki runs unopposed.
