This is the second time she committed the same gaffe. She said the same thing to Time magazine in March. The “out of context” excuse doesn’t wash.
I saw the replay of her remark...I assumed she was referencing the month of June in any given election year...
...just goes to show you have two people can hear the same thing and come away with two differenct takes.
Whatever she meant, it was a dumb thing to say.
