Driving is a privilege not a right and if you abuse the privilege or don't comply with a breath or blood test when you are stopped for suspected drunk driving, you will lose your license. You acknowledge the state has the right to do that when you apply for and receive your drivers' license.

As long as the authorities, after forcible blood extraction find you actually had nothing to drink, will give you double what you could have gotten at the blood bank near the projects, I think its a great deal for everyone involved...
