I think little Scotty is just pissed off that the GOP rejected his mommy in her attempt to run for governor, so she had to run third party (or fourth party) where she fared a little lower than Kinky in the race. So his way of getting back at the GOP is to attack the Bush administration.

Dishing out jobs to cronies' family members is "loyalty to employees"?!? I tend to think of it more as scumbaggery personally.
