Bravery is a quality of character. To be courageous implies a selfless acting on behalf of others. There is NOTHING in Obama's history that speaks to his ever acting without consideration for himself. . .first and foremost. Have yet to see ANY 'genuine' qualities of character emanate from Obama and so IMHO; think what you see is not 'bravery' but rather a deceptively cool. . .lust for power. Humility is another 'selfless' component of 'bravery'. . .courage. And while Obama makes a show of eating 'humble pie'. . .there is nothing selfless about his appetite. And his actual eating of such; seems something like a magic act; the pie disappears; but not a crumb can be found afterward to show it really, in fact, existed.

Actually I consider all candidates for POTUS have a degree of bravery.

After all, the job does have a 10% assassination rate.
