More budgeting by ballot box which is one of the major reasons why CA is in such a fiscal pickle. Think your your electric bill is high that will be considered cheap if 1304 passes requiring 50% renewables by 2025!! I give credit to the Pro-Life people for persistence but parental notification for teenage abortions already failed at the ballot box 2 times.
I always vote NO on any bond, regardless of what it is for. We are so strapped in debt already. People do not realize that we keep adding to it every election with every passed bond.
