Actually his response reads as a mild reproach not a “rip” as I would have thought from the headline.
Michael, if you have a headline these days it has to have "rip" or "bash" or "attack" in it, even if it isn't accurate. You can't say someone disagrees or criticizes or differs or disputes. That's no fun.
