Actually, I believe under Nafta, Mexico asked to make a ruling that Mexico’s citizens have the right to be here under ‘free trade’. They have complained before and they will again if they don’t get all they want.

The United States has an obligation to its international treaties, such as the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade and the North American Free Trade Agreement, he said, that supersedes its domestic law.”
