This country has reached such a level of insanity and liberalism, that it may take a total collapse, with the socialist banner, hanging all over it. Hide your money, sell your stocks, to weather the storm — protect everything you can.

The problem with this approach is that normally when socialism fails, it denegrates into dictatorship, so then you don't have a choice to go back.

But usually by then, the media is a mouthpiece of the Gov't and telling you what to think anyway, so you won't know the difference, comrade...

Actually, it is not an approach, per se. It is an unstoppable eventuality under socialism. Socialism always fails. Always has, always will. It fails because it can not pay for itself since it demotivates the money-makers and directly puts itself out of business. The people of France and Germany recently (finally) threw out their socialists. America needs to do the same...and we pray for minimal damage while we wait for the mindless voter segment to wake up.
