I’d empty Gitmo and take them all back to Iraq and Afghanistan which is a battlefield and under military control/law.
Since these terrorists were caught without uniforms, I would tell them the following:
You have 30 seconds in which to start cooperating with us or we will shoot you and bury you in the desert.
Simple as that: “Rat, or rat-a-tat-tat”.
After you shoot the first five with a 50 cal. rifle, the rest will get religion real fast and start singing like a zoo full of canaries.
However, I prefer the old “crispy critter” approach, flamethrowers at 15 feet. Really leaves a deep impression on those next in line.
