I read somewhere that they (SF) have just built a monument to the commies who slipped out of the country to fight in the “Lincoln Brigade” in the Spanish Civil War.
Guess is you are a red lefty and fight in an “approved leftist war” then you are good to go in SF.

They hate our military Some of them do, during fleet week 100,000s come out to see and support the Blue Angels. The military is supported here, it is just the anti-military crowd is noisy.
