The beauty of Democratism being able to babble a constant stream of blatant lies.

I have yet to see one answer a single question with a straight answer.

Brady & Culberson - 2 stand-up conservative Reps from Texas! It’s a great state.

I think the veil is lifting. When the libs at work complain about high prices, I ask them about the plan Pelosi and Reid claimed they had. Their response always includes at least Bush, Cheney or Haliburton but never about being lied to by their party.

But, but, we’re not in the fact business. We’re Dem politicians.

I am in favor of having the oil companies call the bluff. They should ask Congress to cancel the leases on those 68 million acres because there isn’t enough to justify drilling. (Watch Congress scream bloody murder if the oil companies ask!)

Kevin Brady is my congressman and I think he is THE best. He is here all the time...and he doesn't need a vote from our county to be re-elected. He will be here over the weekend and I was on a townhall phone meeting with him Tuesday night.

Did I say he actually lives in Conroe with his family and commutes to D.C.?...which I think should be a law!

It would be fun to watch if the Republicans proposed a bill that would let all those leases lapse and reopen the bids to oil companies that promise to test drill every acre, heck, every 640 acres. You would see some very furious land-owning constituents, some serious Democrat backtracking and a lot fewer libs come January.
Lonestar:
Congratulations on your Congressman. Mine is Dennis Moore, a democrat minor tool. Can I be a Texan vicariously?

What is scary to me, is that there are so few of these Congressman who can speak in such simple, straightforward terms to get to the heart of a matter. About all we ever hear is waffle, weasel, lie, tell half-truths, filibustering BS.

He shut them up so easily, and with so few words.
