So these kids simply leaped over the fences even though signs said stay away?

Sounds like the San Fran tiger cages.

What is this thing you have with moving vehicles and fences? Do you own a fence company or something? Fences are not the answer to all problems.

The roller coaster covers a huge area, outside. The kid had to climb over 2 six foot fences marked "Authorized Personnel Only" and "Danger Keep Out". We can't wrap the whole world in bubble wrap.
