Pelosi says House Judiciary may hold hearings on Kucinich impeachment resolution

Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) said this morning that the House Judiciary Committee may hold hearings on an impeachment resolution offered by Rep. Dennis Kucinich (D-Ohio).

Kucinich is expected to offer a "privileged resolution" this afternoon calling on the House to look at whether President Bush should be removed from office for lying to Congress and the American public when he sought congressional approval back in 2002 for taking military action to invade Iraq and overthrow Saddam Hussein.

Politics as usual. Congress, a Dem Congress, does not want to work ‘for the people’ when they can advance partisan ideology and vindictive against a hated foe!

Do we really have to keep paying these people? For Gawds sake, Bush is almost done with his last term.

Congress is as bad as Hillary. They just can't get or do anything right.

What a bunch of losers.

Worst, they are running my country and we may all be losers.

Go ahead, make my day. Let’s have this impeachment nonsense be part of the presidential campaign discussion.

Do they really think this is a smart political move? Face it, politics are a big part of any impeachment effort. I thought in the past that Nancy had silenced talk about impeachment among her fellow Dems. Maybe she had some political smarts, and knew what a huge distraction a serious impeachment effort would be, with little to gain politically.

As a practical matter, it’s absurd since Bush leaves office in six months anyway.

...surprisingly,Congress and the MSM wonder why the rating so low. Pelosi bottoms the list, I give her a 1% and that’s only because there could be someone worse.

Just like the left wing wacko protesters at the RNC convention, the GOP should do everything to support this effort to show America on live TV what the left is all about.

Thus far, without exception, the GOP is DOA. Very, very, very weak....at best.

9% approval rating.

You'd think she would want to do something to improve that rating.

We are paying these pretenders huge sums of money each month to waste our time doing dirty politics instead of taking care of the business of the nation?

For each one who takes part in this face - let’s keep a list so we know for future who is more interested in vendetta than smooth government.

Pelosi and her Henchman/Troll should be removed from office
themselves.
