It's Obama flipping. All McCain said was 16 months was a good time table if conditions warrant. It wasn't an endorsement of Obama’s so-called plan because he could have easily said that 100 years is a good time table if conditions warrant.

All McCain said was 16 months was a good time table if conditions warrant. That's all Prime Minister Maliki said, too, but the media slobbered all over it and trumped it as if he were "endorsing Obama's plan," which he certainly was not.
