Look up "bundlers" in regards to campaign finance. Basically a "bundler" can represent a community or organization and collect unlimited money and donate it to the campaign with only having to reveal the bundler's name and not the people who actually contributed. It's ripe for abuse by someone like Soros who can easily make up bundler-sock-puppets.
