Or we can use the 100,000 tons of unsold corn that will be tossed in landfills again next spring to make ethanol.

Besides, ethanol is made from feed corn for animals, which is undigestable for humans.

Corn grown for human consumption only represents 1% of all corn grown in the USA. Of that, Approx 100,000 tons goes unsold each year and has in the past been simply dumped in landfills in an attempt to keep prices higher.
