It’s always someone else’s fault, never their own.

I remember early on in the primary season, the human bowling ball, James Carville, was on TV. The Obama campaign had complained about something, I forget what. But Carville said that there’s too much whining in the campaign, that Obama’s got to be tough enough to run for president, and it’s a tough process, and you shouldn’t be whining about events that happen.

So now Hillaryland has decided at this late date to say that Hillary would have won the nomination if Edwards’ affair had been disclosed earlier. Isn’t that whining and second guessing? Haven’t seen Carville recently.

Has anyone thought about party unity with this type of sniping out there in the MSM? Hillary’s people are out there with the Clintons full support, I would think.

Finally, the Clintons would have liked Edwards’ affair disclosed sooner to have helped Hillary. This from the Clintons, who have repeatedly complained about the politics of personal destruction and investigations into people’s private lives. I guess you just have to understand that hypocrisy is a given.

And the way the Clintons look at a situation is based on what’s best for the Clintons, not based on solid beliefs about private lives or investigations.
