Well one judge has found that underage stripping is a protected first amendment right, so why not.

My wife is an avid horse rider and about once every month she takes her horse to a state licenced horse chiropractor.

I love my pets to death, but there is no way I would pay someone to rub my dogs tummy for him every time he wanted. I would be in the poor house in about a week...

The nanny state run wild! The state regulates massaging animals!!! Abolish that regulation and fire the five bureacrats who were hired to enforce it. (I’m assuming typical gov’t inefficiency here.)

Massage could make sense for a working animal. They can suffer from the same types of aches and pains humans have.
