I have been having a spirited argument with a few people about the incompetence of the Olympic experience.
Two problems are glaring.
First of all, if there is an official schedule based on local time, it is like a state secret. What's the problem with sharing it with the entire world?
Second, I have access to about a dozen different satellite channels that carry coverage at least part of every 24-hour day. But they are unable (or unwilling) to list what the events are and what time they are scheduled.
At least three different channels carry boxing. Simultaneously. Hello?
In any other context that would be considered incompetent.
This is no longer 1960...
