This is funny! When I lived Philly (Fairmount), my district has a 100% turn out for the Left-O-Crats. Impossible and not only because I'd never vote for the likes of the Goricale either.

Tried reporting it many times but alas, nothing to see here

I was going to post something similar to this. I remember in the 2004 election that many precincts in the county that includes Cleveland, OH, somehow had over a 100% voter participation rate.
