Wrong. It is up to their own countries to strengthen and develop their own military. But, alas, they haven't so now they need the ol’ Uncle Sam bailout.
This ought to be a warning to all of Europe, develop your military and do not depend on the US Gov’t, if you do you will hinder your own growth and drag US down with you.

This is the kind of moronic argument-by-assertion that passes for insight on the left. Rosa, darling, if our missile defense is sooooo useless then why does it upset the Russians so much?? While 10 interceptors obviously could not pose any threat to Russia's strategic deterrent, THEY know it is an effective system because THEY follow the progress of all of our successful tests. Leftist twits like Rosa can't figure out that their "missile defense can't work" mantra is years out of date.
