A movie has just been finished based on the true story reported by WND of a woman trapped in the bathroom of an abortion clinic who watched helplessly as her baby, who was born alive, died.
The film, "22weeks," made by a young, Puerto Rican filmmaker, Ángel Manuel Soto Vázquez, will soon be released in private screenings in select cities as it ramps up for hopeful showings at the Toronto and Cannes Film Festivals.
The film, with promotional pages on MySpace and Facebook, describes the movie on its homepage as follows:
A young woman is locked in the bathroom of an abortion clinic after her aborted baby was born alive.
A film about decisions, their effects and the echos [sic] they leave behind. Based on the shocking WorldNetDaily article by Ron Strom, on victim's testimonies, and real 911 calls about one of the most controversial subjects of our time, "22weeks" achieves to confront both sides of the spectrum and their perspective to the on going [sic] question: "what would you do?"
The film's MySpace page adds, "This is the shocking true story about the reality behind abortion and the heroic struggle of a mother willing to do anything to save her child."

Hm, wonder if that will open any eyes at the Liberal dominated film festivals.
Checking the link now.
Isn’t this what Bambi voted in favor of?
Why was this heroic mother, who was willing to do anything to save her child, in an abortion clinic to begin with? Didn't she walk in there intending to kill that child?
Saw the trailer and read the synopsis. Why a girl in an abortion clinic would expect anyone to keep a baby alive is beyond me. Those places are all about killing babies, not rescuing one born accidentally. I think this is an emotional drama but not necessarily one to change anyone’s mind about abortion. Don’t think I will buy the DVD, but I would like to see it online.
The more women learn about the life growing inside them, the less likely they are to want to kill it, IMHO.
It seems that liberals always react with anger to the truth about abotrtion. They will say that the Right To Life People are being manipulative. But manipulative about what, for talking about what really happens. Honestly, I don’t understand those people. No wonder why Michael Savage says that liberals are mentally ill, because they are. There is no other way to explain their cruelty and hard-heartedness.
Bella reference, pro-life ping
Every young woman (and man) should see this movie.
They need to realize abortion is not the same as getting a tooth pulled.
It’s a human life.
There are plenty of abortion videos out there showing exactly what abortion is. The problem is getting a law that requires women to watch it upon arrival at the clinic. Liberals, as usual, insult character when they cannot fight with facts.
She didn’t intend to kill a child.
She intended to get rid of the mass of cells inside her. That is the way it’s all portrayed. Like a cyst.
The “inconvenient truth” is that at 22 weeks, that is not a mass of cells but a viable baby.
And in her case, a baby boy that she watched die.
ping...
The film claims to be “neutral”.
The point is the effect of the “procedure” on WOMEN.
If we can’t win the idiots over by screaming the obvious about the baby, MAYBE they will “feel” for the “poor
woman”.
(You know, like the old joke about feeling sorry for the poor orphan who murdered his parents.)
Remember this well:
I do not extend a pass of ignorance to any female of any age who has ever seen a pregnant woman who later delivered a child. The knowledge of life is there. The choice to kill out of selfishness and independence is irrefutable.
FACT: 90% of abortion-minded women choose to carry their pregnancy to term after receiving counseling and viewing an ultrasound.
The trailer itself was powerful, I would expect the movie itself to be even more. I hope that it could come to atlanta somehow.
I’m not going to judge anyone for past mistakes. That is not my place. Our Lord alone is the judge.
Things happen for a reason. Perhaps a greater good will come from THIS film and the horror associated with it, than the girl making the right choice from the beginning, closing her legs or adopting out that baby.
I am not her judge. And Lord knows she is suffering for her choice.
>>FACT: 90% of abortion-minded women choose to carry their pregnancy to term after receiving counseling and viewing an ultrasound.>>
That is incorrect. Before being pro-life, I went with several friends to procure abortions over the years. Their counseling consisted of written literature and knowledge of how to care for their bodies after the procedure. There was no visual or graphic explanation of what would happen beyond calling the whole thing just ‘a procedure.’
That is one reason why I would fight for a law requiring each woman watch a video of the procedure to fulfill a full disclosure between doctor and patient.
