To the ‘rats, “republicans stealing the election” means “republicans managed to get enough votes to not only win more than a majority, but to also overcome the ‘rat machine - voting the dead, multiple votes, voting illegals, stuffing ballot boxes, etc.”
A “fair” election is when the republicans win the majority, but ‘rat shenanigans (see above) managed to push the election to them.
Its been so long since the ‘rats actually won a fair election, that they don’t have a word for it.

All of the prosecutions for voter fraud in the 04 elections, and there have been several, have been against Democrats at all levels.
