No, Begala-scum, what was reckless was the depraved behavior of the people who helped known womanizing scummaster Bill Clinton get into the WH and then get re-elected — there are so many ways in which our national security WAS adversely affected, and if a really gigantic crisis had arisen while he was getting fellated in the WH, who knows what “rational” decisions he might have been making?
