I was asked in a little BS session a few years ago when all of this started coming up on the radar...
“What city will be the one to go up in a mushroom cloud when the terrorist finally get a functioning nuke?”
I replied, “Baghdad”...
Now that I am on the record...Lemme explain...And base this on logistics, and the need for the attack to work without room for error...
Forget sophisticated missle targeting and other technology...That is still way beyond a resonable success rate even for us, and other countries that have decades of developmental and testing data...
They are going to sell it (give it) to Joe terrorist...Slap a simple trigger device on it, load it in a truck, drive it across the border (they haven’t stopped the logistical support for the Iranian insurgency very well in Iraq as yet, but its a known factor) right into downtown Baghdad, yell “Oggy Ben Doggy” and pickle the trigger...
You just got to think like a bad guy on this one...
And you know what...I really hope I am wrong...
