Obama giving some black Republicans 'heartburn' (Sexist MSM playing the race card)

CNN) -- Armstrong Williams is an African-American conservative commentator who is thinking about making a decision that he says is so agonizing it gives him heartburn.

This fall, he may vote for Illinois Sen. Barack Obama, the Democratic presidential nominee.

The nationally-known radio talk show host is a proud, third-generation Republican who chuckles when African-American friends tell him it's time to "return home" to the Democratic Party.

Though he is still hasn't decided for whom he'll cast his ballot, there's something about Obama's presidential candidacy that excites him. "History, brother," Williams said. "It cannot be anything else."

"There's very little that I agree with Obama on. Since the founding of our country, there have only been white men who have occupied the White House. ... To have someone break through that barrier, and say to some kids, you can be president. Whether you like it or not, symbolism is important."

There you have it. It’s ok to make a voting decision based on a person’s race!

What happened to him and J.C. Watts, who also thinks along the same lines as Armstrong Williams?

What ever happened to being colorblind when picking presidents. I’m thinking that blacks are far more racist than whites will ever be.(as a group)

“History, brother,” Williams said. “It cannot be anything else.” No Armstrong - “Lemmings, brother” - right off the cliff of Socialism.

Blacks are traditionally republicans.. The KKK are now and always have been traditionally democrats..

but according to the MSM it's not ok to pick McCain/Palin just because Gov. Palin would be the first woman VP and because the MSM didn't say the GOP could pick her.

Why don’t people challenge this as racist, and WHY doesn’t anyone point out that Martin Luther King, Jr., was a REPUBLICAN!!!!!

Return home? He IS at his HOME party.

Where is the TRUTH Patrol???

But Armstrong says its ok to pick a candidate only because they’re black but the MSM has been tearing apart women who wanted Hillary or Palin only because they’re women.

It’s a shame. They want to get rid of the ‘color’ thing, but they can’t seem to get away from it. It’s like they’re psychologically stuck in concret with it.

If you want others to see things irregardless of your race, then you’ve got to stop making decisions based on your race. Plain and simple.

JC Watts was on Hannity the other day and announce that he was voting for McCain/Palin, though it did not seem he was rock-solid in that decision. Watts said McCain's choice of Palin was the deciding factor. He admitted flirting with the idea of voting for Obama for many weeks, explaining it was mainly because Obama is black.

Who needs to go back to their roots? It was a Republican president who freed the slaves and Republicans who led the civil rights movements, not democrats, who obstructed it at every turn. Talk about misinformation!

Because he took a lot of heat from his party awhile back for giving the impression that he might vote for Barack. Who knows what he'll do when he closes that curtain though.

One day there will be a black President of the USA. I had rather wait for the Abraham Lincoln of blacks rather than the Jimmy Carter of blacks.

A conservative commentator who may vote for BO is not a true conservative.

My first impression was to point and say “racist”, but how is this different from those among us who plan to vote third party or sit on their hands? I've jokingly said before that the only true “conservative” vote with any guts is a direct vote for Obama. Maybe these guys are just taking my advice. :-)

Its not race, its relevance. He’d probably get a gig out of it with some MSM publication if he did.

“Who knows what he’ll do when he closes that curtain though. “

Prediction:

Armstrong Williams: Obama/Biden
Geraldine Ferraro: McCain/Palin
Hillary Clinton: Obama/Biden
Bill Clinton: McCain/Palin

Hillary won't vote for Obama. She knows that if he's elected she's done for good but if McCain wins Hillary is betting that Gov. Palin becomes first woman VP but she has a chance to become the first woman President in 2012.
Obama screwed the Democrat party with his Biden pick.
