EXCERPT: Bernard Kerik did an irresponsible job training police in Iraq, John McCain said. McCain cited Kerik's relationship with Giuliani as a reason to doubt Giuliani's judgment. Kerik is Giuliani's former driver and bodyguard, hand-picked Police Commissioner, and business partner. Kerik was also a failed nominee to head Homeland Security; Giuliani recommended Kerik to GWB for the post. Kerik is now surrendering to face corruption charges.
McCain pointed to Kerik's performance in Iraq, along with complaints about how Giuliani treated first-responders after the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks. "I don't know Mr. Kerik. I do know that I went to Baghdad shortly after the initial victory and met in Baghdad with (Ambassador Paul) Bremer and (Lt. Gen. Ricardo) Sanchez. Kerik was supposed to help train the police force. He stayed two months, and one day left, just up and left," McCain told reporters.
"That's why I never would've supported Kerik to head homeland security because of his irresponsible act when he was over in Baghdad to try and help train the police. One of the reasons why we had so much trouble with the initial training of the police was because he came, didn't do anything and then went out to the airport and left."

The frightening thing is that Kerik might surface again. Giuliani is clearly looking for a Cabinet spot---maybe USAG---could mean Kerik surfaces as FBI director.

Giuliani might turn up in McCain’s administration, but Kerik is toast.

The scary thing is President Barrack Hussein Obama. If that happens, your concern about Kerik will be eclipsed by much bigger problems.
I will make a bold prediction. When Giuliani is vetted, he will withdraw from his nomination because of all the skeletons in the closet we all uncovered last year. There are far too many connections to criminals to just overlook and make the guy an Attorney General.
You got that right. Man, I'd be surprised if Rooty could pass the physical (snicker).
I wonder where Rudy gets his blue pills?
Rooty must be kept OUT of any position of power within the Federal Gubmint and/or any cabinet position.
It's bad enough McCain holds the 1st Amendment in such low regard that we surely don't need that power hungry control freak - who openly ignored the rest of the Bill of Rights as mayor of NYC - anywhere near D.C.
One upside of a RAT controlled senate - Rooty would 'prolly' never get confirmed for anything.

The Washington Post reported that one of his companies, Giuliani Capital Advisors "was sold for an undisclosed amount as Giuliani was preparing his run for president." The Post article also discloses that Giuliani’s secretive lobbying firm, Giuliani Partners, has made more than $100 million over the last five years and that Giulaini's clients "are required to sign confidentiality agreements, so they do not comment about the work they receive or how much they are paying for it.
Though running for president, Giuliani refuses to identify his clients, disclose his compensation, or reveal any details about Giuliani Partners. He also declined to be interviewed about the firm."
The paper provided some details, based "on a review of corporate, government and court records, along with scores of interviews with clients and government officials who have interacted with Giuliani Partners."
