Biden was obviously inebriated in a post-convention campaign appearance with the Obamas. He said of Michelle, “I LOVE her!” in that special way that drunken sots have.
I recall someone questioning Biden kissing Michelle Obama on the lips, rather than the traditional peck on the cheek.
As a former drunken sot, I attest and bear witness to that. Soon as I heard that, I said out loud, "Drunk." I'll bet Barry has the worst case of "buyer's remorse" in history. But, he's in a corner now. I do not see any plausible way he can jettison the Plugster.
