BERG FILES MOTION FOR EXPEDITED DISCOVERY, SEEKS DEPOSITION OF BARACK OBAMA AND HOWARD DEAN BY "SEPTEMBER 31"
Stay tuned here for the update, coming later tonight.
I pointed out, to Phillip Berg, that there are only 30 days in September.
"Well," he said, chuckling. "I guess I created an extra day in September like he created seven extra states in our country."

He’s going to end up paying Obama sanctions.
This has no chance, and just makes him look silly.

What information or documentation have you seen that Obama was born in the U.S.?
To: solfour
Excellent!
If nothing else, this legal action is draining rat funds and providing a distraction.

When Berg first presented this lawsuit about a month ago, I posted it. But, Atty. Berg is somewhat of a cracked crockpot as is known, and he has a history of filing ridiculous suits. But he is a good researcher, a fighter, and most of all a Democrat trying to out his party's candidate! Maybe it won't sprout big wings and go anywhere...but it sure will circulate on the Internet. More popcorn anyone???

He couldn’t even prove up enough of the case to get an ex parte Temporary Restraining Order signed. The burden is on Berg here—not Obama. Has he even gotten Obama served? Never mind personal service, what about substituted service?
This case amuses me, but for all the wrong reasons.

Well, he got that done anyway. I don’t know federal law, but I would expect Obama’s guys to use the gamut of procedural delays, and challenge Berg’s standing. So they won’t run the risk of a default and will respond within the time alloted by law, but they will not just do a general denial, but something more.
This case is toxic. The judge will find a way to get rid of it, most likely for lack of standing. Or ripeness (unless Obama wins, it’s not worth ruling on).
I just don’t get that so many people believe this will really come close to getting Obama disqualified. It’s a red herring. Entertaining, yes, but little more than a historical footnote.

As part of the vetting process and obeying the Constitution I think he needs to provide some kind of documentation to prove he was born in the U.S. To this date I have seen none. John McCain has provided his.
To: Unlikely Hero
IMHO, he has no standing.

Why wouldn’t he have standing? He is an American citizen saying that Obama has fraudulently run for office and doesn’t meet the minimum requirements, namely being born in the US. He should put up his evidence or shut up but if he has evidence, lets see it.
