Here's what struck me ... the description of what sounds like shoddy repairs. Are the insurance companies and / or the contractors taking advantage of a blind woman who cannot judge the quality of their work? Sounds like a good follow-up story for the consumer guy or gal at one of the Tampa stations. Maybe Schnitt can help.
