Frankly, maybe after say accident number SIX - I’d move. Expecting accident, say SEVEN- doesn’t make her a psychic! LOL!
Um, she didn't? She heard a crash and then looked out the door and as she can see light and shadow was able to discern that the crash was a vehicle that hit her house.
Do you suppose she'd have to disclose that her house is a magnet for vehicles if she tried to sell?
