Is he off his meds again? Maybe Sarah can read him the riot act.

Speaking to an Irish-American audience this morning
So typical. Go to an audience of citizens and promise a path to citizenship.

McCain highlighted his cooperation with Senator Edward M. Kennedy of Massachusetts and other Democrats on the issue. The RINO is still alive and kicking.

McCain got the Base back with Sarah Palin. Did he then have an oh-no-what-have-I-done!! moment? Is he horrified that the conservatives decided to vote for him? Is he trying to shuck us off again? Maybe he should dump Palin now to be true to himself.

Great. We can choose between an explosive case of diarrhea with Obama or just a little case of the runs with McCain. Too bad we didn't have any conservatives running for the GOP nomination this time.

In Scranton, Pa., he vowed to push through a plan that offers a path to citizenship to illegal immigrants who pay fines and fulfill other requirements. "This nation is stronger for the infusion of fresh blood and vitality," McCain said. There must be some misunderstanding
There must be some kind of mistake

None of the nonsense and fabrications of the rabid left hurts as much as McCain's own words.
But when I get disgusted, I think of the issue of abortion and what the Supreme Court will look like in ten years.
To: rabscuttle385
I am as opposed to this as most of us on FR are. I would just like to point out that both McCain and 0 are going to try to shove amnesty down our throats. I will continue to vote for Palin (and McCain) and then fight that battle after the election. Better than losing the war.

You can torture me by pulling the short hairs out of my rear and I’ll still not vote for obamma lamma ding dong.
BUT
If McCain tries to push this amnesty b.s. then I promise I will sit out this election and the GOP can forever kiss my ass.
Go Palin, kick some sense in to the old mans head.

Okay, we’ve got to elect him to get Sarah and IMO we DO WANT HER.
At the first sign of Amnesty we impeach HIM.
The Rats would go along no matter what the excuse and we can pressure elected Republicans to do it too. They know who got this team elected and it isn’t HIM.
We get Sarah, she picks a VP replacement and on we go.

Palin has locked up the base and McCain is now trolling the middle for votes. The Palin pick is allowing McCain to do this and they feel that it’s their path to victory. This is expected and should come as no surprise to anyone that is paying attention.

Guys, McCain has NEVER given up on his “comprehensive immigration reform” - he just agreed to build the fence, first.
While it remains to be seen if he actually follows up on that promise, no one can argue that Immigration NEEDS reform. Personally, I think they just need to make it easier and less hostile to legal immigrants, McCain has some other ideas.

I’m about ready to ask for my $100 donation back, which I held out until McCain chose a running mate.
Now I feel cheated.

There must be some way to make Sen. McCain understand people who live in high cost of living states with liberal Democrats in charge cannot take more financial burdens placed on them. Especially in this economy, this is not what I want to hear from the ticket I’m trying to support!
