I don’t think it would be permitted to restrict your political right to free speech anymore than putting up a sign that says “I’m not responsible if you slip on my icy sidewalk” would absolve you of responsibility.
The homeowners’ ass. can say it, but it doesn’t make it legal.
Maybe you should read the first amendment?
I wonder how you feel about restricting the "free speech rights" of high school teachers to advocate for one candidate or another in their classrooms.
