YOUTUBE PULLS VIDEO OF EDUARDO VERASTEGUI DENOUNCING BARACK OBAMA ON ABORTION

No sooner had the video gone up of popular Hispanic actor Eduardo Verástegui denouncing presidential candidate Barack Obama on abortion than YouTube officials took it down. The video sharing site removed the full version of the video, which showed graphic images of abortions.

It did, however, leave an edited version in place that contains the Bella actor urging Latinos to vote against Obama without the footage of babies who have died from abortions.

The Verástegui video has already caught fire across the Internet with more than 8,000 people viewing it in only two days.

It features the former Mexican pop singer and telenovella actor telling Hispanic Americans that Obama is pro-abortion and wants to pay for abortions with their tax money.

In the new video, conducted in Spanish, Verástegui, says Obama is out of step with the overwhelming majority of Hispanics who are pro-life.

“We need to put an end to abortion and political candidates play a very important role in this matter,” he says.

Verástegui tells viewers that Obama supports abortions throughout pregnancy, including late-term abortions, and has opposed a ban on partial-birth abortions.

Moreover, the actor says Obama “wants to finance abortions with the tax dollars you and I pay.”

The Bella star also talks about the votes Obama cast during his tenure in the Illinois legislature that would deprive newborn infants of medical care if they survive botched abortions.

He says Obama “voted on several occasions against a law to protect babies who survived an abortion and were born alive."

YouTube has repeatedly pulled pro-life videos from its service that it felt were too graphic to be seen.

Last week, it removed a video from the Kansas Coalition for Life that exposed Obama's pro-abortion views and included information about Obama's voting record on abortion-related bills.

Earlier this month, YouTube came under fire for blocking an investigative video from the pro-life group Live Action exposing the racist donations Planned Parenthood accepted.

In July, a short film by the pro- life Population Research Institute highlighting dishonest reporting from a pro-choice filmmaker was censored.

YouTube eventually responded to criticism and restored both videos.

Also, YouTube took down a video from Citizens for a Pro-Life Society showing an abortion center that was investigated for illegally dumping medical waste.

The full Verástegui video is now at www.durarealidad.com while the edited version can be found at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rx5A029sEPc

More than likely, Obama’s thugs made them an offer they couldn’t refuse.

They should edit out the abortions and put it back up there - I’m sure that is why it was pulled

Amazing! Unbelievable! Have you seen the thousands of atrocious videos that show our military being blown up in Iraq, posted by the Islamofacists? Star has been working diligently on a daily Smackdown list for the past 6 months at least and sends it to those of us who have gotten on her ping list. Check this out:

Is ths 2008 America or 1933 Germany? Sounds like Obama’s Brownshirts are taking a more active role in suppressing free speech.

Well, there is a group of folks right here on FR who take it
upon themselves to get videos they dislike pulled from YouTube.

They must know so much better than the rest of the world to protect us from seeing stuff.

They may burn books, too.. on the weekends.

“Wait until youn see what happens when the former USA becomes Obama Nation on 1-20-09”

Let’s make sure that doesn’t happen. Talk with everyone you know, write editor’s letters, post, etc..

Could someone post a link to a (downloadable) original?

Just keep uploading it like mad until their block becomes too blatant (”YouTube pulls pro-life video an astonishing 1500 times!”) or they get out of the content manipulation gig and back into neutral content distribution.

Obama hasn't yet seen the fury of a large population of oppressed, armed, angry conservatives scorned.

They should edit out the abortions and put it back up there - I’m sure that is why it was pulled.

That is what they did. Verastegui is a popular actor on Spanish speaking TV. He hit Obama hard several times. His video compares abortion of Hispanics to genocide, and points out that many abortion clinics are in Hispanic neighborhoods. He was angry about the fact that some girls as young as thirteen can have an abotion without parental notification.

This video, even as it is edited, is a powerful statement against Obama's anti-life voting record.

I speak Spanish fluently and will be glad to help out on these threads. ping me.

Back around 2004 (I believe), when the liberal media tried to make a silk purse out of Kerry's 3 fraudulent medals, someone here posted something like this:

It's 1938, we're in Germany, and conservatives are the new Jews.

I think that sums up our situation. For reasons unknown, the media has taken sides with the Marxist, and has overtly supported the empty suit while simultaneously smearing Sarah Palin. There's either some big bling-bling passing hands here, or the press is even less intelligent than the fence-post with which I originally compared them.

The ruling class in this country (the Democrats) take vast amounts of donation money from the abortion industry and no one is allowed to see what they really do. There is no other surgical procedure in the world that the patient is so uninformed about as abortion.

Bella Star Eduardo Verástegui Urges Hispanic Voters to Reject Obama Over Abortion

by Steven Ertelt
LifeNews.com Editor
September 24, 2008

Los Angeles, CA (LifeNews.com) — Eduardo Verástegui, the former Mexican singer and actor who starred in the hit move “Bella,” has recorded a new video asking Hispanic voters in the United States to reject Barack Obama because of his pro-abortion views. Verástegui challenges Latino voters to make abortion issues the centerpiece of their voting decisions.

He says Obama “voted on several occasions against a law to protect babies who survived an abortion and were born alive.”

Verástegui describes the bill Obama said he would make his first signature as president, the Freedom of Choice Act, that makes legal all abortions throughout pregnancy and overturns every abortion limit in all 50 states.

“Obama is committed to removing all the pro-life laws that in many states currently offer protection to unborn babies and their mothers. Mr. Obama does not agree that the parents of a 13 year-old girl who is pregnant should be notified before she has an abortion,” he explains.

“Obama is more interested in maintaining the legality of abortion that in the well-being of the babies, children and families of this country. Let us unite and do something to defend life at every stage, from conception to natural death,” he adds.

During the video, Verástegui punctuates his comments with images of unborn children and pictures of babies who died in abortions.

He also condemns how abortion advocates frequently place their abortion businesses in Hispanic communities.

“Abortion is not only a lucrative industry; it is also used by people who are racist as a means to eliminate our people, since they consider us to be a threat to democracy in this country,” Verástegui says.

He complains that abortion is legal “because there are not enough men and women who raise their voice against abortion.”
