It’s not that JFK likes swiss; rather its his pretension in pretending be be like one of the masses he detests and he can’t even pull that off without his elitism oozing out like cheese-wiz.

Surrogate endpoints are used in many situations. A color change in
Phenolphthalein, eg, is sometimes used to indicate neutral pH in acid-base titrations. See also comment #79.
