Both former Democratic candidates John Kerry and Al Gore sharing the same number in previous elections and both lost. But can Obama keep on pace? Dick Lockwood, an Obama supporter, says "They all said it was Hillary's to lose and she lost it. Now I'm afraid to say it's Obama's to lose but it is."

The Obama ads are good too,they portray the McCain health care plan as taxing health care benefits (of course without explaining the details), and its devastating.
McCain is nuts putting out a plan that taxes health benefits, he had better get out a counter message quick.
The socialists will stop at nothing to gain the White House, proposing to tax health care benefits is not helping the cause.
McCain is acting like he’d rather lose an election than offend anyone or be called a “racist.”

These kinds of things don’t move polls overnight... they plant seeds of doubt in the minds of the Sheeple.
The stress has gotten to Obama and he is smoking cigarettes again. Seriously.
If he had no skeletons and his own poll figures were showing him doing as well as the oversampled Democrat media polls, he would be on easy street. He isn’t.
Too bad reporters do not ask him about producing an authentic birth certificate as the circumstantial evidence would suggest that he was not born in the United States.

Exactly, it's cumulative thing, so that people will, I hope, gradually look at Obama and get this FEEEELING about him.
Those who can be swayed base their votes more on feelings than ideology (or they'd already have decided). If enough of this stuff comes out, they will be thinking "I can't put my finger on the reason why, but I just don't trust him." And that is what could do it.

WHich by the way is what the Dims did to devastating effect with Palin. They just poured on the attacks on her day after day after day... At first, her numbers did not move... but the impact eventually held. She’s still popular with her base, but she has amazingly high disapproval numbers for someone so new to the scene. Bottom line is negative campaigning works.

I tried to watch it, but could only make it through about a third of it. It is absolutely devastating. If there was a responsible media which would make this public, the Republican landslide would be of Mondale proportions.
