A lack of attention to detail by the Secretary of State of all states and the Federal Election Commission, and allowing political parties alone to vet candidates with respect to their constitutional eligibility.
Looks like eight (or more) separate lawsuits asking for a valid birth certificate from Senator Obama so that the voters will know if he is eligible to be president. That’s not a “conspiracy” or “smear” in my book, but something that should have been attended to when Senator Obama first declared his candidacy. Why the stonewalling and stalling if he’s a natural born citizen and/or didn’t lose his citizenship upon adoption by an Indonesian national?
