“Why does Obama’s statement, that he wants a “National Civilian Security Force” as strong and as well-funded as our military matter to me?” ___________________________________ Civilian force would basically serve Obama only, in secret, while the military would serve the people, controlled by Obama, ofcourse, as commander in chief. The civilian force would be exempt of constitutional restraints and would be the primary protector of the executive branch and oversee the activities of the Office of political re-education and their camps throughout the country.
