Barack Hussein Obama II -- and yes, he actually has joked that he got his middle name from people who never thought he'd be running for president -- was born in Hawaii, in 1961, and has a birth certificate to show for it.

We've seen McCain's Birth Certificate. All we've seen from Obama -- assuming it's not a fraud -- is a computer print-out of a "Certification of Live Birth," NOT a "Birth Certificate." The Chicago Tribune writes as if it has seen the actual Obama Birth Certificate. If they have, are they willing to file an affidavit to that effect with the court? Why is Obama unwilling to share that actual vault copy of his Birth Certificate with the nation that he wants to elect him?

I'm willing to accept that they're both "Americans." But are they both qualified to run for, and hold, the office of President of the United States? It takes more than just being an "American" to do that, you know. Or do you?
