Yes, but it is my understanding that they did not submit it to the court, but posted it on the internet, and did not allow media or other interested people to see it.

It’s a blank Hawaii certificate of live birth (COLB) found on Google. Please note that the time of birth is shown as 7:24 PM. Anyone want to venture a guess as to what time is shown on 0bama’s fake COLB? If you guess 7:24 PM you’ll be correct. there’s a 1 in 1440 chance of that happening legitimately. 60 minutes times 24 hours = 1440 minutes in a day.
I went to the actual site and did a copy and paste of the image of the CLB they have posted there. If you take it up to about 400% the “halos” from the mismatched pixel pattern around the substituted text are quite clear. Such a mismatched of the pixel pattern indicates an altered image.
